The vast majority of HR professionals read HR blogs, and many find these blogs influential. These are among the main findings of an informal online survey of HR blogs and blogging habits conducted by XpertHR in January and February 2010. The survey drew responses from 72 HR professionals predominantly based in the UK, many of whom are actively involved in the HR blogging community. The survey therefore provides a vital insight into the leading edge of HR blogging.
