Hi, I was on work related sickness for a week and have just gone back to work. I have been given a 4 week refresher course plan training. The guys are getting me to sign up to what training has been given every day with my feedback and the trainer feedback. Is this a normal procedure when you go back from work related stuff. Is the company trying to gain evidence against me so they can use it against me when the time comes.
Are they trying to put me through the company's so called under performer programmer so they can find a good excuse to fire me? I work for a large company with more than 3000+ employees in UK.
