Hi Tazybnt

8 days (5 day working) for 3/4 = 6 ; 5 days (3 day working) for 1/4 = 1 rounded down to the nearest whole day. Total 6 days.  Some firms calculate to the nearest half day in which case it rounds up to 6 and 1/2 days.

Hope this helps

Hello do you mean 7 1/2 days as you wrote 6 days and 1 day (or 1 1/2) as staff who work 4 days over 52 weeks get 7.thanks

Tazybnt,

Its actually 7.25 days in total - so your firm may round up to7.5 or down to 7 - depends on their policy.

Its 6 days earnt for the 5 day wroking  and 1.25 for the 3 day working

Hi

Yes sorry I got my bold figures mixed up.  6 days for nine months and 1.25 days for three months = total 7.25 days.  As Adrian says it's worth checking your company's rounding up or down policy.
