I'm in the process of creating an absenteeism report and I can't seem to get the Year to date figures to work properly. I presume the figures look skewed because we're only part way through the year but it would be good to have the figures nontheless.
Figures have been calculated as 'Hours lost due to absence' divided by 'Total hours available YTD' times 100.
Has anyone had any experience with this?
