Afternoon all,

I am about to embark on a new business here in Spain, mostly language tuition, but also offering an orientation service for Spanish people wanting to work in the UK. Part of this is CV consultancy.

In my previous life I was a HR professional, but have been out of the field for 10 years and am looking to better understand the current accepted CV formats.

Essentially, I'd really like to know your opinions on CV formats, skills / experience based etc. Do recruitment professionals now expect a certain element of individuality so that job hunters stand out? Is the Europass format accepted / valued?

Any thoughts would be very much appreciated.

You need to understand what is normal/good in Spain. In the USA they think one page is normal.I know nothing about Spain but I am sure they are different
