Hi Everyone,

Please I need your advise on the above issue. This girl was taken in as a trainee for a year because of her parent's connection with the CEO. She stands to insult anyone that asks her to folow the rules in the office. She does things in her own way, that she handles official documents she is not suppose to and even go to the extent of emailing it to her father via her personal lap top to check what she has done. She is also archiving official documents on her laptop. When the CEO is around she pretends she is a novice and naive.

She is also against taking in other trainees like her. She got to know as a result of the weekly  meeting we have in the office, where communication is encouraged.  She claimed she will do their work.

Her behaviour is nothing to write home about that she calims she can have a say in decision making.

Please, how do I deal with this in a professional manner?

Your views are welcome.

Kind Regards,

Tammies

You need to clear with the CEO that appropriate corrective action is not going to cause him to behave unprofessionally.
