employer Denies having promoted me then dissmissed me can i claim automatic unfair dismissal

i was offered a management post in April last year after working for a month i was told i would get written particulars within the month and a payrise then too. i worked for two months then one day was replaced by a less qualified staff. i asked for a reason for my demotion and was told i hd never been promoted then offered a jnr management role and a pay rise which never materialised till i put in a grievience. in the complaint i asked for a job description contract and pay rise. i also asked for a reason for my demotion and despite all documentation that proved my role as manager grievience was not upheld and i was sacked for lack of awareness and and claiming a job that was never given to me. I have put a case to the tribunal and am having a PHR as the respondant is striking out the unfair dismissal claim. I am not a year with the company but was sacked for asserting an employment right that is my Job desciption and my pay. this is complicated because the company is denying the post alltogether what can i do.
