Hi,

I am an employment law specialist and after having worked in employment law for 5 years advising clients on all areas of employment law and day to day HR issues I now wish to make a move into HR. Unfortunately I do not have any CIPD qualifications however I am trying to apply for HR roles and I am receiving a lot of rejections. Please could anyone advise me as to my best route in securing a HR role and with my experience would it not be beneficial in a HR role?

Also I would like to find out if there is progression in HR or is it the case that just like law there is so much competition and no progression.

For a long time I have been wanting to make the switch into HR however I really need advice as to whether it is advisable to do so and the best route to succeed in HR.
