This can only be a good thing if it is not lip-service like the civil service policies particularly the 041/2007 and BDH policies which are not implemented even after HR, OH and the Home Office legal advisers say they should be.
The Home Office still sailed through the ET though using solicitors and barristers though so no worries. A nice £50k whitewash saw to that.
