Hi. I am a project manager and have recently been interviewed for a similar role with a new company. I had a telephone interview and a face to face interview with 1 senior manager and the HR manager which lasted nearly 3 hours. I have now been selected to the final stage which will involve an hour long interview with 2 senior managers and I am very nervous. Whilst I was told exactly what the first interview would involve (case study and competency based questions) this time I didn't receive much information. I was only told to be prepared to do a brief 5 mins presentation about me, my career and why I want to work there and that this will be followed by an hour long interview. I'm guessing this part of the interview is to assess my motivation level and whether I would fit in the company's culture etc. But in practical terms, what does it involve? what type of questions should I expect and prepare for? Thanks in advance.
