Job evaluation with my employers was started in 2004. they changed our job renamed it then using the same job evaluation forms are trying to implement it. But they will not go back 6years back pay because they say we are a new firm. I never recieved any reduncy pay.The unions well why I pay them when they work for the big nobs at the top Iwill never Know.
