Help with dissertation survey on Generation Y Graduates!

Hi,   

I am a postgraduate student studying MA Human Resource Management. I am currently doing my dissertation on 'Work attitudes of Generation Y Graduates'. If you have some spare time I'd be grateful if you could please fill out this questionnaire.

All answers are confidential and it shouldn't take you anymore than 15 mins.

Hi Jess

I've completed your online survey. I'm not 100% sure who the survey is aimed at? Most of the people who contribute to this site are in HR jobs whereas I felt your survey was perhaps aimed at graduates directly? Consequently, I've filled it in from a Company and personal perspective but I'm not a generation Y graduate. Will happily discuss my views though if you have any specific questions relating to this subject and you're looking for an organisational HR perspective.

Hi MB,

Thanks for your helpful reply, and for completing my survey! I will create an online survey aimed at other generations, so that I can compare those results with generation Y graduates. I will take into account your answers are from a different generation's perspective. Would I be able to get back to you with questions about recruiting generation Y graduates if you have experience in this area?
