Hi All,

I'm Nicola, 33 currently working as a recruitment professional (paperwork rather than actively recruiting), and have an HR/personnel background (previously worked in retail personnel, and genarlist HR - recruitment training, inductions etc).

I really would like to get back in to HR/Personnel work, but do not have any related qualifications eg CIPD CPP. Any suggestions for anything I should be doing to help this other than applying for roles?

Have to admit to being a lurker on these boards for some time, but decided to become a bit more active.
