Rob - having looked around, some posts have 70pts earned - how does this happen? D different populations of users earn different types of points?
It seems that you are also rewarding posers of questions more than those that are prepared to answer.. If you want contributions then the responder must be rewarded appropriately, I am not convinced your current points allocation will be sustainable.
Rob - any thoughts on this?

I can see your point and am waiting to consult with colleagues to see what we can do to take this into account. Will update ASAP.
thanks
Rob
