HR , Human resources plus the use of big data like human analytics will be the next "weapon" to gain added productivity. We are seeing a huge surge in from the lines of business to challenge HR to arrive at the table with tools that they can use to predict success in employees. They want a evidence and predictable outcomes. The better HR leaders are all over this.

Tact-tegic, Nick? - thanks to you and Henley for adding more meaningless phrases to the HR practitioner's Dictionary of Jargon.  Why don't you just say all strategies have to have tactics that form part of a coherent whole, rather than try to re-invent the HR wheel for the umpteenth time?
