Hi I am looking for a mentor out there. I have just started my management report and would love to bounce ideas off someone.
I'm too very interested in finding a mentor who would spare some of their precious time to advise and guide me. Not only i'm very new to hr im also the only one in my company so getting advice from someone would be greatly appreciated. I'm also looking for people like me, finding their way in hr, to meet and share the ideas;)
I am an HR Manager within a Professional Services organisation in London. I have a small team in the UK (the head office for Europe) and I am responsible for all matters within the UK. I am CIPD qualified and have done an MA in HR.
I don't pretend to have lots of time, but I can offer to act as a sounding board / mentor a junior HR professional on an ad-hoc basis (I am afraid due to time constaints I will only be able to do so remotely). If anyone is interested, please let me know what kind of mentoring support you are looking for - if I am not suitable I shall say so! I have not acted as a formal "HR mentor" before but my management style is coaching orientated.
