I am currently completing my CIPD management research report and I need to understand the impact of previous recessions on the workforce from a HR perspective and how orgnaisations dealt with the HR issues. I also need to find useful case studies that I can use as secondary research. Can anyone recommend any websites where I can easily access this type of infomation?
