Hi

I have worked for my company for 1.5 years and I am 10 weeks pregnant. Things have now been happening in my company and it looks like redundancies etc are iminent. My company are not very family friendly and I haven't told them I am pregnant yet.

What are my rights and am I better to hold off telling them I'm pregnant to hope they don't try and get rid of me first or would telling them make me safer? I think there is a point where if I was made redundant I would still get maternity pay?

I am the main bread earner and I am worried I am going to be unemployed where no one will employ me as I would be heavily pregnant and get no maternity pay either

Please help
