I passed a interview to hold a secondment manager position for 3 months and have been kept on for over a year now. The company has used me as they need me over this year and now have taken me off the secondment position to possibly allow others from a different department in, that has closed.
I have been had this position for some long have rely on this wage.
A friend had told me that since I have been in this position for so long that they cant decrease my wage, that they can demote me but not lower my wage by law.
Another friend has told me that as they have kept me on for so long that the position should be mine by law.
Can you shed any light on this??
