Hi

We are looking to change our annual appraisal process to a much more simplified process - does anyone else have a simple appraisal process (eg - one page document)

Hi Ange,

Have you thought about using an online system? I found a great vendor for automated online appraisals. I just send them the names of the participants and they send me the final reports.
