I am attending an interview and my brief is to design a 30-40 minute session on a topic of my choice, either business related or relating to an interest of hobby. The topic isn't as relevant, they are trying to test my ability to design effective training interventions and my delivery style.
Should I keep it business focussed and does anyone have any tips on how to make it structure it to make maximum impact whilst demonstrating my ability?
