I am putting together a guidance document for a CRB process for TUPE In.
Are there are any legal issues I need to know about (e.g timescales/requirements). Is there anything specific which falls under the scope of TUPE. I am not too familar with CRB or how it works and what the requirements are. Is there a useful document on CRB also?
