As with book clubs out there in the real world, the emphasis of the HR Book Club is definitely on what our readers might want to get out of it. We want the HR Book Club to be interactive, so please feel free to start your own discussions, post reviews, and invite your friends and colleagues to join up.
We're also interested in getting in-depth discussions about key HR books going. This could work by nominating titles for discussion on a fortnightly or monthly basis. If you're interested in taking part in such discussions, please get in touch here.
