The Certificate & Diploma in HR Practice have been designed as first level qualifications in the field of HR. It is designed for people who are looking to newly start a role in HR or for people who have worked in HR for a number of years but who do not hold a formal qualification. They are also suitable for those who have worked at HR Officer Level for up to two years and who wish to become Associate members of the CIPD.

Based on your comments about your work experience in HR I believe the CHRP would be suitable for you.

maybe you can give me a call on 02079779200 and I can talk you through the course some more. Or email me at Nargis@bradfield.co.uk

kind regards,

RGU are always looking to flog their courses to foreigners for excessive amounts of money and they'll take anyone that's fooled by their marketing.  The majority of people who go to RGU to do HR are foreigners who barely have basic English.  Their teaching standards are lax and because they don't want anyone to fail as they see it as a failure for themselves they'll pass you, guaranteed.

As a graduate of RGU I'd quite happily take a refund for my course fees in exchange for my certificate.  If you're reading this and you work for RGU and can arrange this, please get in touch! :-)
