As Area HR Advisor, you will be supporting the HR management team in the day to day running of the HR function, and offering a quality advisory service to employees of all levels. You will be dealing with a wide range of generalist issues in a fast-paced, pro-active environment, particularly focussing on employee relations issues. As well as competitive salary, this role also includes a fully expensed vehicle due to the travel required
You will be a highly customer focussed, team player with experience in a fast paced, generalist role. Travel will be required so a level of flexibility is needed, with excellent organisational skills. A real people person, you will thrive in an challenging environment and have first-rate interpersonal skills. Ideally you will be CIPD qualified or equivalent, but our client will support part qualified applicants, offering sponsorship to complete full CIPD
