Job Summary
A national engineering/maintenance organisation require an Area HR Manager to be based in Woking covering areas to Clapham, Eastleigh with occasional support for Kent and Sussex. You will also be responsible for managing local trade union relationships.

Person Spec
As Area HR Manager you will be responsible for developing regional HR plans to incorporate resource planning, learning and development, performance management and the delivery of organisational change. You will focus on improving business performance and manage all employee relations in conjunction with trade unions.

Applicants for this role will have previous experience of an area management role and will have hands on people management experience. You will also have a proven record of operating in large complex unionised environments and will have working knowledge of change programs (such as TUPE and Redundancy). The position is available to start immediately.
