Asia Pacific Head of Reward, Systems and Reporting

With a strong reputation and Asia Pacific presence, this innovative, top-tier professional services firm is currently experiencing strong growth. Providing their diverse array of blue chip clients with a broad range of specialist services, they require an experienced remuneration, systems and reporting specialist to manage an existing team of individuals within Australia and provide operational, project and strategic support to their employees across the Asia Pacific region.

Based in Sydney, and reporting to the HR Director, this position has responsibility for all remuneration, HR systems reporting and compliance related activities and functions in both the Australian and the International Offices. Working with the HR Director and other senior managers, the Head of Reward, Systems and Reporting will develop and maintain a remuneration systems and benefits remit that reflects best practice and the firm’s desired market position. The incumbent will also take a lead role in various projects including review and further development of the firm's suite of people metric and
management reports as well as periodic reviews of the firm's approach to reward.

The ideal candidate is likely to possess a tertiary qualification in a related discipline, in addition to a strong remuneration and benefits background, ideally gained within a professional services or other corporate environment. Previous knowledge and exposure will include strategic reward, excellent existing data manipulation, modelling and analysis skills, team and vendor management experience and the ability to work under pressure.

Interpersonally you will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated leadership and management skills, proven ability to influence, negotiate and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and sound management and business skills.
