Excellent opportunity for a 12 month maternity cover position as an Assistant Personnel Manager position working for a superb public sector organisation.
Ideally you will have:
* Experience of working in generalist personnel function in senior/professional capacity
* Experience of interviewing and recruitment and selection procedures
* Experience of providing advice and guidance to managers and staff on a range of personnel issues
* Experience of developing and implementing personnel policies and procedures in line with organisational and legislative requirements
* Experience of use of computerised personnel and/or payroll systems
You will be fully CIPD Qualified or working towards this qualification and have excellent communication skills. You must also have experience of working in generalist HR function in a similar capacity
