Our client is currently seeking an Associate Recruitment Manager to join their City based team.
Key Responsibilities;
• Ensure time efficient recruitment of qualified and competent candidates for a variety of positions in a range of business areas
• Researching and evaluating new recruitment channels and trends in the job market and identifying and building relationships with suppliers for vacancies across various channels. Ensuring tight management of providers on assignments, including the establishment of supplier frameworks as required and in line with Bank procedures.
• Ensuring the recruitment methodologies and suppliers used deliver a diverse pool of candidates, with particular emphasis on international candidates from a wide range of countries. Monitoring and measuring results and contributing to proposals to improve diversity.
• Ensuring budget and headcount approval and management of related statistics and data reporting.
• Using e-recruitment system capabilities to support pipeline management and diversity. Contributing to the review of HR systems and processes and making suggestions to ensure continual improvement within the recruitment context, e.g. the recruitment information system, candidate management, selection tools and reference checking.
• Effectively interacting with colleagues in the immediate team as well as with the client management teams, HR Operations and Compensation and Benefits to ensure pragmatic and pro-active identification and resolution of issues to ensure effective delivery of business goals.
• Participating in HR projects related to recruitment and other HR areas.
The ideal candidate would be educated to degree level (or equivalent) with good SAP knowledge.
