Are you an experienced pre-implementation professional with skills in HR & Payroll systems transformation project planning? Do you have the relationship skills required to work within a client facing position?

The Background

Leading international HR & Payroll technology outsourcing organisation with an expanding business and projected growth plans, are currently seeking to recruit a Business Analyst to work on transformation project planning. As part of the Business Analysis team you’ll work entirely on the translation of business need into system solutions.

The Responsibilities

Within this challenging and exciting client facing position, you will hold ownership and responsibility for working with clients to help them realise and receive their ideal HR & Payroll systems solution.

Working directly for the Senior Business Analyst and within a dedicated, client services team, you will work with the client to understand their requirements and work at developing functional and technical specifications for a solution that offers maximum functionality to the client.

You will act as the conduit between the client and development team to ensure that the system blueprinted in the actual system being implemented. You will ensure that all projects are achieved according to agreed business timelines and SLA’s.

The Professional

You will be an experienced HR & Payroll systems professional with exceptional business analysis experience, ideally gained within a client facing capacity. You will have excellent project planning skills with the ability to look as business requirements and recommend a suitable HR & Payroll systems solution. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and ‘push back’ within a customer-facing environment. This is a field-based position with an element of international travel required.

This exciting strategic and operational position will offer you the exposure of working with reputable international clients on transformation projects.
