With an unsurpassable reputation for quality and further growth and continuing development plans for the future, this household company name employing several thousand employees across numerous sites within the UK is currently seeking an equally impressive Business Analyst to vendor manage the online recruitment system.

The Role

Working closely with a wide network of HR Management and other information providers, the role will involve the successful candidate primarily focusing on key business issues and driving action plans to deliver business benefit. The other key focuses for this role include:

· Managing the online recruitment partner and vendor manage the relationship
· Analysing statistics, data and the online recruitment process ensuring SLA’s are being met
· Provide management information reports to the stakeholders, analysing trends
· Ensure the online recruitment systems are fully compliant, offering interventions and training/coaching as required to ensure data integrity
· Liaison between the business and the service provider

The Person

The company would like to consider candidates who are educated to degree level or equivalent, with excellent business analysis skills. As this role is client facing, the successful candidate must be a great relationship builder with the ability to influence others and decisions. The candidate will have experience of working in project environments, and be comfortable using both qualitative and quantitative data to drive decision and evaluate the impact.

The successful candidate will have proven experience of driving change, refining processes and transform the current offer.
