This International full service law firm is actively seeking a Business Immigration Associate to join their distinguished firm. Working in a stand-alone role, you will be responsible for managing a wide variety of corporate accounts, providing advice and support through the whole immigration process. The Role:

You’re responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

Manage a wide variety of different caseloads on behalf of different clients.

Support the Senior Solicitors regarding major client accounts.

Provide technical advice to clients, assignees and third party vendors regarding correct legislation.

Regularly visiting client premises to provide advice and training on immigration issues.

Provide advice regarding changes to UK immigration laws and the points based system.

The Person:

You will hold good experience of business immigration; Account management experience is also needed, as you will be handling a number of different high priority accounts whilst maintaining an exceptional level of service. Knowledge of the points based system is essential as you will provide advice to a wide range of clients regarding the changes in UK immigration laws. LPC or BVC is preferred although not essential. This is a unique opportunity for someone from a strong corporate background to join a highly enthusiastic team.
