A fantastic opportunity has just arisen within a globally renowned Law firm who are actively seeking a Business Immigration Paralegal to join there expanding team. Working within the Immigration department you will provide help and support to Immigration Solicitor’s regarding all the areas involved within the immigration process. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multinational organisation that will provide training and development within the immigration sector.

The Role

You're responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

·Provide Support to Immigration Solicitor’s regarding all immigration matters.

·Help in managing the application processes regarding corporate immigration areas.

·Keep Clients up to date with the Points Based System.

·Provide point of contact service to both clients and the Home Office.

·Attend client meetings providing technical advice regarding corporate immigration processes.

The Person

You will have direct experience within the business immigration environment. Experience of handling tier 2 applications on the Points Based System would be essential, as you will be dealing with many different issues concerning the current climate. To surmise this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to further develop within the immigration sector working within an internationally established law firm.
