OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

           

To develop robust and future proof business processes that drive efficiency and cohesion throughout the organisation that ultimately supports business objectives.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 



- Using recognised and appropriate methodology identify and document current business process throughout all areas of the organisation

- Provide a visual and accurate  map of current processes including all interdependencies

- In conjunction with stakeholders identify areas of opportunity with current process

- In conjunction with stakeholders develop improved business process across all areas of the organisation that drives business performance

- Provide a visual and accurate map of proposed business processes including all independencies

- Support the development of a comprehensive brief to potential ERP solution providers outlining business process requirements

- Develop and deliver project KPIs

- Support the implementation phase of the ERP solution

·         Degree level or ISEB Diploma(Information Systems Examinations Board)

·         or relevant industry experience (min 3 years)

·         Demonstrable and rounded total business knowledge

·         Retail business process mapping experience

·         Experience of  process mapping in a furniture retail environment

·         Experience of process mapping in big ticket retail environment

·         Experience of developing best practice business process in a big ticket retail environment

·         Knowledge of PRINCE 2 project management methodology 

·         or equivalent Process Management experience

·         Track record of getting to the root of an issue

·         Excellent reporting skills
