About the Role:
Requirements
·Working closely with the local team and HR business partners, you will be responsible for delivering an integrated view of the change impacts across a defined geographical locality, and deploying the change approaches and tools to manage them.
·You will be responsible for ensuring the readiness to manage the change, and that sufficient capacity and capability exists to manage them across the defined geographical area.
·You will be responsible for developing and leading the change work, including the introduction of change networks, to successfully deliver the transformation

What we’re looking for:
The Individual

·You will be an experienced change manager able to bring your knowledge and experience of successfully managing transformational change in a large organisation.
·You will display strong facilitation and coaching skills with an ability to influence a diverse set of stakeholders.
·You will have strong project management skills, especially planning and risk management and be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
·Underpinning all of this you will have an understanding of the change approaches, tools, models and techniques and be able to apply those to your work.
