Here is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Change Management specialist to lead a high profile flexible working culture change project for this leading local government organisation.
Working alongside the different business units leaders, this project will develop and deliver an approach to driving behaviour change across the organisation and embed flexible working practices.
Your role will be to analyse needs around flexible working, focusing on behaviour change, decide on and implement the best strategies to engage with the different business units in flexible working and successfully deliver a range of flexible programmes and appropriate communication to meet tight timescales.
This is a new role where the post holder will be expected to take the initiative and stamp their mark and therefore requires an individual with first class relationship building skills and a strong communicator at all levels. You will also need to be comfortable working in an unstructured environment and develop the strategy, relationships and presence to influence and challenge across the business.
If you can demonstrate drive and passion about flexible working, can work with ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing environments, priorities and timescales, have a proven track record of driving culture change, strong project management experience and the presence and charisma to influence senior leaders within a large public or private sector organisation, then we would like to speak to you today.
