Working in this pivotal role within their Head Office, you will be providing service to employees relocating within the company both domestically & internationally; doing job Evaluations of positions within the company; providing advice to the management team regarding salary level for positions within the company; administration of pension scheme & benefits in conjunction with Benefits Administrator; analysis of current policies with a view to recommending improvements; amongst other duties.
To succeed in this position applicants should have prior experience working closely with comp & bens, if not already specializing in it. Aside from this experience of working within a large multi-national company, a friendly and approachable demeanor and an analytical mind would be of use.
