This key position is responsible for the design and implementation of all strategic Compensation and Benefits frameworks/models and the successful implementation of strategic Compensation and Benefits initiatives. The role includes liaising with key stakeholders enabling the development and implementation of the highest standard of advice in the areas of pay, compensation and benefits.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
*to research, develop, design and implement Compensation and Benefits best practices in accordance with all relevant legislation across the organisation ensuring parity and remaining competitive
*working together with the Payroll Manager and Manager HR Services you will ensure timely and accurate preparation of all payroll operations that comply with relevant laws and government regulations
*to benchmark and design variable pay schemes such as bonus; sales incentives; overtime pay as directed by management and pension schemes (UAE Nationals and expatriate) and provide guidance on Emiratization allowances in government and private sectors.
To be successful in this role a minimum of 6 years relevant experience including particular and proven experience in a compensation and benefits role in addition to a degree will be required. Also to ensure your success in this role a good understanding of relevant employment laws, local customs and practices will be vital.
