An excellent opportunity has arisen to work as a Compensation and Benefits Manager for a leading UK professional services group. They provide a range of support services to both public and private sector businesses all over the UK.

This role will focus on the development, implementation and benchmarking of this organisations pay and benefits schemes group wide.

In order to be considered for this exciting role, you must have the following experience :-

• Strong expertise in pay and salary benchmarking and job evaluation
• CIPD certificate in Reward Management or similar qualification
• Solid understanding of equal pay and compensation issues
• Highly analytical and numerate with ability to build relationships at all levels in a large complex organisation

This role is due to start ASAP and will pay £40-50K per annum dependant on experience + benefits.
