Based: Heathrow

My client, one of the UK's leading catering organisations, is seeking a talented Compensation and Benefits Advisor to join their team. This role is based in Heathrow and is offering a competitive salary of £30,000+bens.

Reporting into the HR Business partner and part of a large, busy HR department you will be required to provide advice and support on all issues relating to Pension schemes, Benefits provision and Reward structure. This is a hands on, fast paced role where you will have the responsibility of being the first point of contact for all Reward queries.

You must be of graduate calibre; CIPD qualified and have a strong HR background with experience in the Compensation & Benefits area. Experience of administering pension schemes is desirable and you must be highly numerate and articulate.
