Have you covered EMEA and/or Asia Pac within a previous remit?

I am looking for a Compensation & Benefits analyst to support the EU, Africa & Asia Pacific Comps & Bens Manager.

This is a truly varied position, within the Comps & Bens role you will be responsible for the completion of salary and benefits surveys, analyzing data and providing recommendations. As the Comps & Bens analyst you shall also be assisting in the monitoring and evaluating of benefit programs against the trends. On occasion you shall also be expected to lead compensation projects.
