Compensation & Benefits Executive - Salary up to £41000 dependent on experience

An exciting opportunity to join our client who is a global business as a Compensation and Benefits Executive. You will be responsible for providing HR Operations with advice on all aspects of the Total Reward package.

- Support HR Operations as Total Reward centre of competence for GB based business units – including Hay Evaluation, Job matching, Salary surveys, allowances, pay bill tracking, pay structures and employee benefits.
- Facilitate through HR Operations the design of incentive bonus plans for non-sales communities as required.
- Support the implementation and management of Total Reward projects and programmes such as Location Allowance, Employee Car Scheme, and Job Car Audit to ensure successful implementation, management and cost containment.
- Support the management of the Earnings Review process with the other Total Reward Executives – including the development and documentation of guidelines, design of the process and tools to ensure the process meets deadlines, is within budget, fulfils business requirements and is simplified where possible.
- Represent the company for external salary survey benchmarking, formal network groups and adhoc benchmarking forums with the other Total Reward executives.
- Take ownership for specific Total Reward policies, benefits and programmes as required by Total Rewards Manager
- Build relationships with benefits provider

You will ideally be CIPD qualified or equivilent and have experience as a Compensation and Benefits specialist.

This role will require occasional travel to attend business meetings and external benchmarking events
