Compensation & Benefits Executive

Experienced and professional Compensation & Benefits executive is needed to join the UK C&B Team of this global organisation where you will be providing expertise in all areas of reward and remuneration in regard to regional and global compensation programmes.

A highly consultative role, working with the business and HR leaders to design and deliver C&B programs and be a source of technical competence consulting on complex initiatives. You will be able to demonstrate a commercial awareness and the delivery of solutions to meet business needs.

Must be degree qualified with previous commercial experience in Reward / C&B and have strong IT skills.
