My client, the world's largest producer of printing inks and pigments, is looking to recruit a Compensation & Benefits manager EMEA to join their offices is Slough and is offering a competitive salary of c£60,000.

Reporting into to the HR Director and the Vice President of Comp & Bens you will be directly involved in the design, development and administration of compensation and benefit programs for the EMEA workforce (5000+ employees).

Key Responsibilities:
*Manage EMEA reward process within a SAP environment, providing internal comparators and external market assessments, and making recommendations and adjustments as necessary.
*Design and administer the annual compensation program, including salary administration (market job analysis), policies and procedures, structure comparison with the market and internal comparators.
*Design and develop incentive plans.
*Benchmarking and Metrics.
*Review and analyse Benefit and social programs within each country.
*Manage the EMEA Third Country Nationals (TNC's) and Expatriates with the outside vendor, HR & Payroll functions.
*Assist in the communication and valuation of Total Rewards per country to develop a cost assessment relative to the market.

You must have a solid Compensation and benfits background relevant, with experience in design, development and delivery of compensation and reward programs for a large multinational company. Knowledge of emerging global market trends, cultural and competitive practices and legislation within EMEA is essential.
