Our client, a growing international business operating within the oil and gas sector, is seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join their Docklands based team. Reporting to the Head of Compensation & Benefits you will take ownership of the salary benchmarking process and be responsible for reviewing and aligning all global benefit provisions.
Working in close partnership with an external specialist you will ensure the smooth relocation of all expatriate and secondees in line with company guidelines. Administering the global mid year salary and bonus review process, you will build effective relationships with Business Partners and service providers to effectively communicate the value of Total Reward.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of bonus structures, benefits administration, insurances and expatriate benefits. You will have superb organisational skills, a high level of attention to detail and be an excellent communicator. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Specialist to play a pivotal role in delivering a first class reward service to a growing and challenging business.
