My client, a Global Investment Bank, is seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join their team for 6 months. As the HR Consultant for Compensation & Benefits your responsibilities will include:
-Guiding HR team colleagues on Reward related issues e.g. market trends and data interpretation, creation of recruitment packages, application of Reward policy.
-Lead the Annual Compensation review including Salary benchmarking and Bonus review. Liaising with Line managers and HR Business Partners to come to a decision
-Provide quality external market information and analysis across assigned business units. Produce quarterly updates for HR management on competitor news and compensation related issues.
-Drive Reward policies and processes and provide flexible and creative advice on the structure of competitive Reward packages.
-Produce deferred compensation summaries and advise on the impact of leaving on deferred compensation.
-Successfully give consultative input and effectively project manage Reward strategies.
The successful candidate will have strong experience in Compensation and a great technical skill set. A good knowledge of high level market analysis is required as is the ability to build relations at all levels.
