This is a Compensation Specialist role providing support to a business area globally. You will be dealing with colleagues in Continental Europe, Asia and the US within this global asset management company.
Support the relevant business in all compensation related activities including the annual compensation review process.
Provide advice and support on international assignments across the relevant business.
Participate in market data surveys and analysis of results.
Participate in system developments and system testing.
Relationship management with external providers to ensure the external service meets our business needs.
Provide advice and guidance on all aspects of our deferred award plans and participate in the development, design and implementation on new plans as appropriate.
Ensure that all deferred award grants and exercises are handled accurately and timely, and in line with the plan rules.
Support all annual deferred award processes e.g. tax returns, annual statements, leaver statements, quarterly reconciliations.
Undertake various compensation projects and activities as and when required.
Minimum of 2-3 years compensation experience, preferably with a financial institution with experience of a salary and bonus review.
IT literate with strong Excel skills
Experience with McLagan (or other market data providers) and able to interpret and analyse the data
Expat experience would be useful but not essential.
Excellent attention to detail and good organisational skills
Ability to work within set time frames and prioritise tasks
Numerate and analytical
