My client, a high profile IT provider, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team. As the HR Manager for Compensation & Benefits your responsibilities will include:
-Engage with Compensation experts, HR and the business in the development of a new compensation approach.
-Guiding HR team on Reward related issues e.g. market trends and data interpretation, creation of recruitment packages, application of Reward policy, benchmarking.
-Lead the Annual Compensation review including Salary benchmarking and Bonus review. Liaising with Line managers and HR Business Partners to come to a decision
-Successfully give consultative input and effectively project manage Reward strategies.
The successful candidate will have strong experience in Compensation and a great technical skill set. You will have a proven track record of compensation policy management and improvement.
