We are currently recruiting into the Performance Improvement practice of one of the UK’s foremost business advisory firms. With a high profile brand and a strong reputation for the effective design, management and delivery of sustainable ‘people change’ programmes, we are currently seeking to identify experienced change management consultants to join this highly successful team.
Focussed on working in partnership with clients and engaging their employees in the change process to achieve real results, our client offers in-depth expertise across behavioural, cultural and organisational change. We are seeking to recruit exceptional individuals with experience in either two or more of the following:-
• Change strategy
• Organizational structure & design
• Communications & stakeholder engagement
• Learning & Development
• Reward & performance management
You will have a proven track record of career progression in a management consulting environment and experience of working with large, private sector clients, ideally within the Financial Services, Telecoms or the Consumer Products sectors. Alternatively, you will be in an internal consulting / project management role within a FTSE 100 business. Our client works with a wide variety of progressive organizations and is able to offer individuals access to senior management in high-profile, ‘blue chip’ companies, rapid career progression and challenging consulting assignments within a dynamic team in a highly meritocratic and results-driven corporate environment.
