One of the most recognised businesses in Professional Services are seeking to bolster their HR reward team with the introduction of a Deferred Compensation & Reward Specialist.
This institution has a reputation for excellence in advise and execution and continues to evolve in the face of a difficult and testing economic climate.

The position is the cash plan owner of the efficient and effective management of the company's global cash programs for senior employees, including deferred cash plans and performance based incentives.

The role:-

- Building key relationships with business partners, finance, HR MIS, HRI, third party providers and reward advisors
- Ensure necessary process changes to develop efficient and cost effective approaches to reward product delivery
- To provide optimum delivery solutions to business through high level relationships and vendor management
- Monitor KPI's and the point of escalation for administrators, trustees and custodians
- Perform defined control checks and facilitate tax sales
- Prepare monthly performance reports for a mandatory deferred cash plan

You must have previous experience of HR reward, ideally gained in a global organisation. You must be proficient in using advanced excel and Microsoft programmes and ideally have had exposure to Vendor Management. This position has strong potential to make and immediate impact while developing a strong platform to progress in the future.
